I would like to enjoy phase 4 of the seasonal journey however, i am not able to enjoy the game with my characters being stuck in this dead unplayable server (Chaos Bolt) its locked and am unable to transfer them to crusader strike where all my friends have moved to. it saddens me that there is no solution to this and yet here again i am missing out 
please help with this.

Same here… Character transfer still unavailable…so annoying
