When Chaos Bolt server closed, we were forced to choose between Wild Growth (PvE) and Crusader Strike (RP-PvP), which was dying even faster. To avoid ending up on another dead server, most players moved to Wild Growth.
The result? Say goodbye to the openworld pvp or play alone hoping for a pray per month. No Alterac Valley for weeks, no way to farm honor, and a server too empty to even open battlegrounds.
It’s absolutely ridiculous that in 2025, we still don’t have cross-realm battlegrounds. Are we supposed to just reroll over and over again?
If you chose Crusader strike, you could then do another free character migration to Living flame. Which is what i did.

Congrats, it was the good call, but nothing was leading us to think this way at the time.
And I’m even more frustrated knowing it was a mistake. I’m exalted Warsong, Arathor but never will Alterac or enjoy pvp again on this toon it seems.
I 100% agree, i had to google and find the ways on the forums. I dont think this way is intentional.
Blizz is just F’ing with their customers at this point. Some super obvious stuff is just left alone

Plenty of other PvP games out there, Not to mention 3 other WoW versions
The mode isnt all bad, there are some fun moments in there. Not to mention it has alot of potential. It could deffo be better, but also worse.
I also play other pvp games, cs/lol.
Retail wow is a no go for me, awful pvp. But i will play MoP when that is live, amazing pvp.
