Why Chaos orbs are still bind on pick and you can’t use/trade them to your alts which have the proffesions so to craft gear and is there a possibility to add the Rare epic crafting Patterns/Plans from Firelands raid to the Fragments vendor, their drop chance is so low and by chaos orbs being BOP currency doesn’t allows alt chars to get some crafted gear easily

This was how it was back then, to prevent daily cooldowns and other profession concentration like with many BOPs.
Yes that is correct but with Dragon soul the chaos orbs became no longer soulbound and they was tradable currency and considering aswell you can get 397 BOE gear for valor in dragon soul, now will be pretty good time for chaos orbs to no longer be BOP so you can still use them to craft some 378 gear for alts before replacing the gear with 397 in 2-3 months anyway and Chaos orbs becoming useless
It’s not even the Dragon Soul raid patch yet for Classic. I’m quite sure they’ll probably do the same kind of content changes when the time comes around.

It would be handly to get them tradeable now rather than wait for the Dragon soul patch - It would certainly add more value to the game now than in DS.
