Char stuck cant use unstuck option in game

Got stuck in the wall with my toon when i log in i get booted , unstuck option does not work

Character stuck, DC on login, stuck service didn't work

Hey all, Sorry for the issue that you all seem to be having this morning. This is being looked into as we speak, thanks for the information posted so far. Please do try the solution offered by Pierperké in their post (which is the current solution to this thread), it seems to be working for some players.
