My mom has tried to move her char on Silvermoon 5 times but to no luck, she is stuck somewhere after crashing into a tree. Her char is named Aaronarra - Silvermoon - EU.
Please move it for her, and yes she has sent a ticket, to no luck eighter. We gonna raid next week and rly hope blizz can move it for her.

If she’s made an unstuck ticket it will be serviced soon, usually within a day.
She did this monday, its been more then a day.
Was it a general ticket? I recommend checking the category it was filed under. Someone else has been answered in 20ish hours and the other in 15 hours for unstuck character issues.
So gm did move her char yesterday. However it is still stuck, and shes now waited 24 hours for answer on her reply but to no luck… Blizz, If u read here… Please help her
