Char transfer bug! waited 3 days for a ticket but no answers yet

Free char transfer error cuz of unexisted mails in mail box

Hey I met a problem when I wanna to transfer my char from Gehannas to Ashbringer(because of rediculous queue in Gehannas). The system always said I had mails in my mail box, but actually there was nothing in the mail box. Could you help me to check this problem? Char name: Yusoserious Wanna to transfer from Gehannas to Ashbringer

TLDR: Its a known issue which has created a lot of tickets, hence the wait time.
