I have this issue today, i did crash for like 10 hours ago, and tried now to get in my hunter, and got that message saying character already exist. i tried to log into another character varies time and relog, close wow and start again. i tried change cache, interface, and wtf name to, and reload. Been working on it for 1 hour now and still have the issue.

This error will last for 10-15 minutes while your character is online, and until it gets disconnected from the game automatically.
