My hunter seems to be bugged and doesnt keep the appearance I choose when I logout.
For example, I’m using the dark ranger skin and it’ll revert to another look whenever i log back into the game.
My hunter’s armoury is also bugged and only displays my armour. The rest of my character is displayed as a shadow in the armoury. Shadow Hunter 
Anyways, I hope this will get resolved soon as i hate having to visit the barber each time i log back in.
My alt hunter doesn’t have this issue.
We believe to have found what is causing “Dark Ranger” customizations to unexpectedly evolve into Superdark Rangers, and if not already the case - this should be fixed quite soon.

hello, I am getting the same initial problem; the dark ranger customisation being reset every login to what i had previously prior to applying the dark ranger skin(but the hair stays the same).
It happens every time now, replicable - close client, open up, skin is reset

It happens even if you are on a taxi and a que pops up, please fix this, it s very annoying.
I based my mog on the red of the eyes so yeah it annoys me :))
