I just bought Shadowlands Heroic Edition but I didn’t receive character boost. I can’t see any boost button in my character screen. I created new character, tried to logout and login bu still don’t work. Has anyone encounter this error before?
If you’re sure that you’ve bought the Heroic Edition, just to clarify: did you attempt to login a character entering the world and then get back to the character select screen?
This boost can also only be used on the same game license as the upgrade.
i have the same issue. im logged onto my account which has shadowlands heroic edition and there is no boost available
If you’ve recently upgraded your account it can take up to 24 hours for it to appear.
Mine is missing from this new update so I pay for early assess and no boost to do it

Are you sure it has been 24 hours ago since your purchase?
The boost token will appear at top right of your character select screen. You will only receive it once.
