Character boost not showing

Bought the dark portal pass, the order shows as completed in my purchase history on my account, but can’t boost any character.
The boost token doesn’t show.
Tried, re-logging, deleting the cache folder - nothing changes.

Try this:

All payments can take up to 24 hours to be processed fully, it’s usually faster. I’ve noticed that players receive their boost within 30 minutes to a hour usually.

I sent a ticket and received answer from Blizzard support, although a bit confusing. They seem to think I want a refund, which is not the case (unless the boost is really messed up and won’t work), but this morning I checked and there is a green icon showing availability of boost. If it works all would be fine.

It can take up to 24 hours from time of purchase for things like boosts to become available. This is because Blizzard need to confirm they have the funds, before they release the boosts, as a boost cannot be reverted if the funds fail.

If it has been longer than 24 hours already, then you might want to make a ticket in-game, as they can’t assist with these kinds of issues over the forums.

I think it depends on how you pay as to whether you get a delay or not.

Yes it seems the service acts differently for different people and there may be big delays for some. The problem mainly was that my friend with which we play bought it and it was immediately available, for me, I found it available in the morning.
