Hi
How can I remove the trial account?
I’ve paid €40 for a character boost and €13 for my subscription. €53 wasted and I can’t even enjoy the game.
Whispering, inviting, trading, auction house, etc it’s all disabled. Do you call this a service?
Angry regards
Since you’ve recently added gametime to your account, it can take up to 24 hours while your payment is being checked before all restrictions are removed. This includes the use of the boost.
You should be able to level beyond 20 though. This restriction is intentional however and will be lifted automatically over time, usually quite fast.
I’m aware of that but I’ve never created a trial account.
I created a free account and bought a subscription + Dark Portal Pass.
Now I’m just iddle in game as I can’t talk to other players.
This is nowhere mentioned that we have to sit and wait up to 24 hours.
In your opening post you mentioned:
What matters is: You made a new account and added gametime for the first time on it, even returning players after a long while experience this restriction for a short time.
On that shop page, you would see “limitations apply” linking to the below page.
Thank you for your time, it got fixed.
Do you get credited for the 24 hours you cannot use the full account features?
Why yes! You’re credited immediately with access to the semi-latest expansion or current expansion whichever your game account expansion is bought at, the breath-taking experience where you can explore Azeroth beyond level 20 where you can do plenty of quests and content it has to offer for you with minimal impact to other player experiences!
Until they’ve finished checking that you’re not using fraudulent methods to ruin other player experiences that is, the social features are disabled from your way. But others can interact with you and therefore open up a way such as partying up by inviting you etc.
If you want compensation please head to booth “Humans, Department: Death Knight, Subdivision: Credits & complains” above. I heard it’s about 2 pence.
€0,4 but you get the point.
