I have recently upgraded my game to Shadowlands heroic edition - And i have recieved the mount and transmog set. but the character boost is not showing up?
how long do i have to wait for the character boost to arrive?
Ohh and btw 2 days and 4 hours wait for a support ticket?
It can take up to 24 hours for the character boost to appear while your payment is being checked. It’s usually faster to receive the boost token and normal.
The 2 days for the support ticket is still quite faster then around release time I assure you. But you cannot receive assistance before waiting the 24 hours period for any type of payment issue as most will resolve themselves by then.
So you say it can take up to 24 hours while the payment gets checked… how come i ge the mount and transmog instantly?
Because they can take those away if payment fails. If you use the character boost, the character will get completely locked as boosts cannot be undone.
