I had a character boost to 120 LVL Demon Hunter, Now I can not complete artifact quest line, as the character can not teleport to the first DH location"If I am not mistaken". Any advice?
When you complete the DH storyline of their starting zone, you cant return there anymore.
120 level boost should automatically port you to the latest Expansion Location of its respective level. (it pretty much also skips starting zones)
But your Order Class Hall should be available at all times.
I understand that it’s a skip, but I can’t understand how to get the artifacts and when I try to fly DH zone from Dalaran, there is no portal there.
I think it wants you to unlock the starting quest because thats what I had to do with my DH.
When you walk around Dalaran, do you get an NPC following with an orange ! mark?

Nope, there is no quest NPC running around me at Dalaran, I had that as Monk, but the DH is an other story, I can’t find that orange quest line.
From the guide that I am checking
Demon Hunter: Glide from the edge of Krasus Landing to the small island nearby. If you mistime it, a felbat will carry you to the island. Click on the portal on the island to reach The Fel Hammer.
Have you tried that?
Yep, there was no portal there, it seems that when I boost the character, it skips all the quest and the quest for that portal also.
It seems that you have to do some kind of “Blade Quest”?
Like you gotta have an artifact weapon with you before you enter the Class Hall.
If nothing works, try to submit a Support Ticket. I am boggled that it aint so obvious 
A GM may try to help you out (I had issues with other classes to find the Order Hall too and needed a GM to help me).
Otherwise just finding someone else who knows how to do this lol
I look forward to your post about wasting a boost and how Blizzard wont give it back and it’s not your fault for whatever reason.

I created the ticket, but GM’s are so busy, they will answer me later, like in a day or more 
. I hope that there is something That I missed, because, I can’t get the artifact
Its normal to wait that long. Sometimes i had to wait up to a few days, but its busier than before due to recent Blizzcon. Otherwise thats normal queue time, wont hurt to keep the Support Ticket open while you try to find a sollution.
Any other ideas? 
Have you tried going to Orgrmimmar to look for Legion starter quests? Like in the Blink of an Eye for example?
There was no quest at Orgrimmar.
why u boosted dh?

In the Violet Citadel there’s an Elf on the left Archivist Elysiana, she holds Legion starting quests so may have something for you.

Probably that the only good thing about legion is DHs and everything else about it is painful.
Why you judge my decision about boosting DH, I just wanted to play DH at 120 Lvl 
Did you try to fully log out and back again?
