Hi,
Apologies, as i have looked to try to raise this issue via an in game ticket, but your options for character problems seem only related to the character that has the problem.
The issue is i am unable to actually log onto my character, i fell through the ground and when i try to log on i just get kicked back out of that character so i do not have log enough to even be able to do anything. I have tried multiple times to log back on, logged onto different characters and there is no issue when i do, then try to log back onto my character but to no avail. So i am a bit stuck at the moment
If someone could point me in the right direction where i can raise this issue that would be very much appreciated
