Character cannot use this item for transmog

Tried buying some cloth transmog from Ashran for my alts, sent over marks of honor to a lvl 45 warlock, went there and even when i buy and use the items and they say they have been added in the chat i do not get them added to my collection

What is going on? Can’t find anything on it online.

Hey Dreamkore,

Do the items still have their refund timers? Appearances would only be added after any refund timer has expired.
