I know we can boost characters, move characters and switch factions etc, but have you ever thought of adding a combine character option?
For Example: (The Character Combobulator!)
I have 2 Horde paladins, one is my “main” and the other I played on another realm with friends. The latter I have played just Battle for Azeroth since I used my free 110 character boost on it. But I don’t really play that character anymore so I would really like to just combine all it has done with my “main” paladin so I get the various reps etc (both are lvl 120). Obviously this is a very brief idea and would need a lot of guidelines as to what combining allows and doesn’t allow, but I feel a lot of people may also benefit from this service and also allow Blizzard to make even more money from us Warcraft fanatics. Thoughts?
What.
Too complicated, which race is kept, which class is kept, what inventory is kept, what is deleted, at which rate the Reputation is transfered to not be exploited.
Not really that complicated. You would select which Character to keep and which gets deleted. The one you keep has inventory intact and the contents of deleted one appears in mail. As for reputation, you’d simply keep the highest rep from the 2 characters, not adding them together.
Again, this was just an idea, not the exact process behind whether it would work or not.
I think it’s an interesting idea. I used to be a priest-a-holic and would love to smush all of them into one character but I think it’d probably be way too complex, especially if you’re bringing both factions to the table.
Don’t hate me but I wish they had a paid class change. I played a hunter for years and had a tonne of reps and achievements on it.
I switched to a druid so I could mix tanking and DPS but I still miss my hunter character.
I have two or three characters that I have “mained” at some point during my wow career and it would be nice to have the option to combine them as per OP suggests.
