Hi, i was doing the usual things, logging in and out of my characters to post a few items on the AH,
when all of a sudden my banker this toon is completely naked, I wasnt hacked as i have my gold and it happened while i was logged in.
all his items are gone, bags, bank is empty and even my artifacts are gone.
other people see me as naked too, I thought it was a UI bug, but deleted all my cache/wtf/interface folders and still the same?

You even appear completely naked on the armory.
It cannot be an ingame visual bug or your armory would not be affected. It certainly seems as though access to your account has been made from someone other than you. A mischevous brother/sister?
I would change your password right away, then open a ticket.
no one but me has had access to the account - and it happened to me while I was logged in and playing. literally just logged out of this guy and logged into another and in the character select screen he was naked…
also - the fact that my artifact is gone, means it can’t of been a mischievous or malicious person. since they can’t be deleted or sold/

After a brief look, I can confirm that your character still has their gear and nothing has been lost. This is most likely to be a display issue specifically with your character, but you haven’t lost the gear/items (Which is a good sign).
Keep your ticket open and our Support Team will be able to look into this for you.
ok i just relogged into the character and all his items are back! lol

Maybe that, T-Morph program you use broke down.
Would that make even the armory show him naked? How very odd. Glad its all resolved tho…
It alters the game files, the game uploads them, they end up on the armoury
I’d seriously question Blizzard’s opsec if altering a file locally could - even through client-side uploading - alter any visible or invisible aspect of Blizzard services. Do you have any source for that claim?
