Last night 12/09/2024, I was flying down to the Ringing Deeps from Dornogal on my Paladin, Imrahil (Nagrand Server), it did not load the zone sufficiently which caused him to fly behind the world causing a disconnect. Every time I try logging in it disconnects. I left it to this morning 13/09/2024 to try again and he is still there with a disconnect. The move character service is unavailable currently, so can someone help and move him to a safe location where I can connect please?

Yes, many times - I’ll keep trying, and saw that leaving the game can resolve itself sometimes, but no such luck. I think it’s a possible phasing issue as it occurred just as I left a party group. When I try to login on this character it’s a light blue world with nothing in it.

What’s the problem you’re having with the stuck character service exactly?
A couple of general pointers:
- Make sure you’re on the correct region support site (eu at the start of the URL)
- Give it plenty of time, sometimes it just takes a while to load
- Try a different browser or device

Thank you for the quick response.
I was using Chrome as my browser, which was buffering for 60+ minutes.
Upon your different browser suggestion, I tried the service on Edge as a browser which loaded almost immediately.
The service is working and has can gladly report Imrahil is unstuck!
