Hello, I created and leveled up a timerunner character on Silvermoon(EU) realm in Legion Remix. I just saw a message “Character conversion unavailable in this realm” on the character page. What will happen to this character after the event Legion Remix ends?
All characters will automatically turn into normal ones for retail when event ends

it is not the first time their system had hiccups .just few days ago people were facing the message of this character is not available .
so dont take such messages at heart . they just have problems and bugs that get fixed with time .
there is no known lock on a realm .
