So there is a quest chain at the waking shores where you have to make pictures of dragons for a gnome. Eventually you have to take a picture of a dragon that sleeps. I got teleported up to the ledge with that dragon but got stuck because I also mounted up at the same time.
Now when I login I fall through the world. Already tried the low graphics and jumping but that does not work.
Also tried the unstuck service, but it’s broken right now. the website loops, it does not function properly.
Also tried waiting half an hour before logging in on my character but it also does not work.
I know you are trying to help, but please read what I wrote.
I already tried the solutions in that topic. Also I am not dead on my character.
The thread is full of people stuck in various states of d/c, the cause varies but the problem is the same.
Yes, which is great, the issue is the same but the solution is different because that only works if your character is stuck in the terrain itself. I’ve been unable to play for nearly four hours now because of this; which is great for the chores I had to do, but I wanted to spend my day off playing WoW.
It’s inexpiable that the unstuck feature does not work. This has to be fixed ASAP, I know that is out of your control as a MVP but this is beyond infuriating.

I’m astounded at all the issues.
Seems every man and his dog is getting stuck with some kind of issue with d/c loop or character already exists.
If self service unstuck would just fix it that would be great but I realise it’s not doing anything 
It WOULD fix it for me, I am not stuck on a graveyard like other people are. I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere floating in the air.
I don’t understand how this bug even happens. In the past you would just fall to your death (why does this not happen) or eventually fall very far down and disconnect and then you’d log in at a graveyard.
Why does it break so badly? Why is dragonriding, the major feature of this expansion, causing me to disconnect like 50 times a day when I dare take off from the ground? I won’t even dare to fly anymore in case this happens again.
I managed to finally make an unstuck ticket request (someone linked the form, I have no idea how one is meant to navigate the joke that is the support website) after 100+ attempts of getting “You can’t make this ticket. This may be a temporary error.”
Just spin up some extra AWS or something, how can your support site be this comically broken? It is an expansion launch, they should be able to handle the extra demand at least temporarily.
I have the same problem, entered a cave then I fell under the ground, got DC and now I am in the air, cannot log in anymore, character unstuck service does not work ofc…
