My character has been stuck in a disconnect loop whenever i try to login because i glitched under the map and i cannot unstuck using the website service, i’ve tried it three times already.
This has been going for three days with no response from support on my ticket.
I’ve also tried the meaningless things they tell us to do like, reseting UI, scan and repair and as expected it did absolutely nothing…
How can this multi billion dollar company not have enough people on the support team that my ticket hasnt been answered in three days?!
Is your character on Beta or PTR ? They don’t have access to chars that aren’t on retail/classic.
If not, it’s really weird that the unstuck character service won’t work, as I had the same pb not so long ago, and it worked just fine…
I have the same issue. I tried the unstuck function on the site twice and it doesn’t help at all. Why it doesn’t just teleport you to the innkeeper is beyond me.
I also have a ticket up now like 12 hours and no response… zZzz…
