Hi, my character Achillesheal fell through the texture when questing. Now whenever I log in, I get immediate disconned.
Character self-service isnt working, I always get the error code when trying to submit it on the blizzard web page. I cant do nothing, please help.
You meant while dragonflying or just walking?
They’re onto the broken stuck character button for now but if you went into the ground with the dragon you can mash your way up as a workaround.
Hi, I cant do nothing, as soon as I log in, I get disconnected from the game with an error message. I takes 2 seconds and games logs me out so I am unable to do nothing and the character seems to be indefinitely falling down.
I was in cat form, walked into a cave and the cave texture was broken and I fell through it. Looks like I am falling outside the playable area and client keeps just disconnecting me if I log in on this character.
Edit: Ticket link took portal to Dragonflight.

Is there a way to urge this somehow? It says in game on other chars - average wait time 12 days for a ticket?
All tickets for stuck characters are already prioritised. There’s nothing you can do but wait for now.
