Mon 31-3 I bought 3 server transfers and 3 faction changes. 2 of them went through within minutes, 1 of them was stuck on the faction change.
After 36h I made a ticket and a GM responded that he reset it because there seems to be an issue.
This then happened 2 more times untill I got a refund on the faction change. Logged in on the character, made sure everything was in order, moved him to somewhere else and this time tried to do the realm transfer first. This one has now also been stuck.
Seems like Im not getting anywhere with automated GM responses about how I need to wait 24h and the latest answer being that there is a cd on faction changes (Even though other GM have reset it several times)
Anyone else had this issue? Im kinda getting tired of making tickets, and this is really hurting my group on my new server.
Edit: Just for clarifaction: with stuck I mean the faction change and realm transfer is accepted, but then just endlessly is stuck on please wait, this might take a few minutes. Occasionally I see ERROR on the character.
