i bought battle for azeroth in a game store and when i redeem the code i start a new character and i applyed the boostbut the character is locked… and a information appears that character is locked because its trial.

Sounds like the BfA upgrade may have not gone through properly. Contact Blizzard via a ticket to see what happened.
There are a few reasons, if you got it from Blizzard then the payment probably failed, if you got it elsewhere then a chargeback may have been done and the sale was cancelled. Either way use a ticket to ask about it.
