Sorry to hear that you encountered an issue with your payment, and that your character was locked.
In case of a chargeback, you should generally be able to repay for the service, in the transaction history of your account. You can find more information here:
As you noted, payments can take up to 24 hours to be processed. If it has been more than 24 hours, please do open a ticket and a game master will be able to double check what happened.
I repayed with PayPal 2 days ago. My character is now 2 days locked. Ticket is created since two days. No reaction. I can’t play ![]()
It simply means you’re in queue and have yet to be answered.
They’ll come around to it asap. Do not cancel and re-open the ticket as that will put you behind the queue again.
How quickly do they respond to tickets? I paid on November 4th, and my character is still blocked… Can any GM help please? I don’t deserve this ban at all ![]()

Well, GM didnt helped me at all. She only said that they received the re-payment and the character should be unlocked automatically within 1-72 hours, but the character remains blocked for 5 days. Im afraid its permanent and my game is over.
My character is still locked. GMs didnt found any locked Chars on my account. Its the end of my game right?
If your character is still locked, please be sure to mention which character you’re referring to in your ticket, if you haven’t already. If you repaid the chargeback, there is no reason that you couldn’t get your character back (outside of a temporary bug, eventually).
Yes, i did it, im still waiting for the next ticket response. But what scared me, was that two GMs cound not help me. One of them said that he doesn’t see any blocked characters on my account and asks me to clarify the specific name and server. It’s almost a week now my char is banned.
EDIT: The 3rd GM answered that the Character isn’t locked. But i still cant login.
