So as the title suggests, my character is locked due to a billing issue for about 24 hours already. I had an appearance change, refunded it, got my money back with transaction complete showing no errors but I cannot access my character. I have already missed a guild raid and my weekly M+ and the ticket response time shows to be 9 days and if I miss another one tonight I might aswell kiss goodbye to progression
