So what happened was I bought a single race change then I bought the 3 race changes, Race changed my warrior from nelf to human then realised I did not want the 3 race changes, So i opened ticket at around 1am, Ticket for refund was answered around midday, Refund granted for the 3 race change not the single, Now my warrior is locked out, has been since around 1-2pm, so over 12 hours now, I have submitted purchase failure ticket, No response, Replied to original ticket no response, Now I know customer support is busy, I know that ticket wait times are long, But I have been unable to play my main character, I have mythic raid on sunday, Of course probably no GM will see this, But I am now giving it a shot. Hopefully will be responded to later today when It is not 3am, I have just been very patient but it feels like i’ve been banned cause I cannot play.
Very frustrating and I do understand the system probably hiccuped when the 3 race changes were refunded, probably the one i used on the warrior was one of those, Still frustrating, I have the single race change available so that reason makes more sense but alas cannot use it because of the 30 day cooldown after race changes so alas, Character completely unplayable and the game unplayable.
This is on retail and happened to my warrior on Twisting Nether
What i would like is the race change reverted/character unlocked, then hopefully I can use the single race change I purchased to change back to the race I want.
