First of all, thank you for your assistance with my previous issues.
Unfortunately, my problems are still not resolved. The first issue is that although I successfully claimed the Midnight expansion gift that my friend sent me, the expansion is still not showing on my WoW5 account.
The second issue is that my main character, a Shaman named Naiquetro, is locked(Also my hunter alt named Guruthiel is locked as well). The game says that the character is locked because of a previously used Character Boost. However, I have never used a Character Boost on this character, and I do not understand why it is flagged this way. I have been waiting since August 19 for these issues to be resolved.
At this point, I simply want to play World of Warcraft with my friends. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review my account, investigate why the Midnight expansion is missing from my WoW5 license, and verify the boost history on Naiquetro so that the incorrect lock can be removed. Please help me recover access to my character and the expansion content that should be available on my account. Thank you for your time and assistance.
