Character migration

Hello there,

First of all i did read the details and rules about character migrations.
Now then, i saw Blizz changed things and nowadays we can’t migrate a character from one battlenet account to another battlenet account, they must be on the same battlenet account (i write everything and repeat words to be clear).
But but but, in my case, a long time ago, i used to play on “Battlenet account 1”, and now play on “Battlenet account 2”. I own both account, me myself and only me, and can easily prove it if required etc.

It’s technically impossible to migrate my old characters to my actual battlenet account under new limitations, but since i own both accounts, although under different mail/names (but again can prove it’s me and has always been me, you get it), is there a chance Customer Support can intervene in this scenario ?

Since the Warband update, migrations across BNET accounts aren’t allowed and no exceptions have been made till date.

The technical support forums is still a support forum so the answer won’t change.
A Blizzardian response is not guaranteed.

As you’ve read the support article:

Character transfers between Battle.net accounts have been disabled. For any questions regarding character transfers and restrictions, please refer to our Character Transfer Information and Restrictions article.

If you have feedback about this please post in Community > General Discussion or submit it through the ingame suggestion box.

As Saneko explained above, I have to confirm that transferring characters between accounts is indeed no longer possible.

Customer Service agents can not bypass this restriction in any way, regardless of the reason for such a request.

I hope this clarifies the situation a bit more!
