Character Permanently stunned

Hello,

My character has been permanently stunned for 5 days now. I am unable to move my character, hearth, or use any other movement abilities? Things i have tried:

Contacting support - Used the stuck feature and got moved to Westfall, this did not help, i remained stunned and unable to move.

Contacted support again, they did not read what my issue was and said as i am logged in , it must be fixed and closed the ticket…

Tried entering a battleground to clear debuffs, this did not work.

Cleared my Cache (weird but i saw it for some bugs before) but did not work.

Has anybody experienced this issue before that can offer some help?

I think there was case while ago which was fixed by having opposite faction player to kill your character. Or otherwise getting the character killed which obviously might be hard or impossible in Westfall.

You should reopen your existing ticket and say that the issue was not fixed.

Yea, mobs are too far and i cant use any abilities! i have opened a new ticket as i could not see the option to reopen the same one.

Hi Ameliapond,

Sorry to hear that you had some misfortunes on your character. I took a look into this in-game and something did indeed look a amiss.

That should be fixed now and you should be able to move around freely.
