Character problem - cannot use heroic leap

My Human warrior (this avatar) cannot use Heroic leap - I just keep getting the message ‘You can’t do that right now’.
Been like this for months. I tried clearing cache, removing addons, reinstalling, using my husband’s computer. Still get exactly the same message.

I tried what someone else on this forum suggested - submitting a bug report. Never got a response.
The in-game help ticket system doesn’t cater for this sort of issue - tried all the different option paths. No luck - would be nice to have a free-form ticket system like there used to be. :stuck_out_tongue:

Other warriors on my account can use Heroic Leap just fine. So it’s got to be a problem with the character itself.
Can someone at blizzard please take a look and raise a ticket for this?

Hey Thelmarine,

Could you do an Arena Skirmish for me, and try using Heroic Leap once more afterwards? Doing so forcibly removes any buffs/debuffs you might have on you, including hidden ones (at times quest related phasing “debuffs”). This might just fix this issue for you.
