Character select screen - can it be put back to old style?

I have too many alts because it was my way of stopping myself from constantly redoing characters. So I hold my hands up to this being partly a problem of my own making. But they were split across a couple of servers…and I had sorted them by class…

Having come back after a long break I find it’s all one list in a seemingly random order. Yes, I know there’s a search function but it’s the look of it mainly.

I don’t like but don’t see an option to revert it. Is there a way to make the game just show the toons on the server I have selected, please?

Yeah, you can’t do anything about that. But the order isn’t actually random. When you first logged in after that change your characters were ordered based on when they were last played.

All you can do is to rearrange them manually into the order you want. It should stay then ine that order.

You can select a realm that will give you the old layout and char list.
