Character Self Highlight > Outline option no longer showing

Hello,

In the last couple of weeks up until today I’ve been using at all times Self Highlight > Outline option.
This option can be found by right-clicking your own character’s health bar > Self Highlight > Outline/Circle/Icon. Well, now there’s just Circle and Icon left to choose from.

Was this option removed or is this a bug?

It’s still available in the main options. Esc->Options->Combat->Self Highlight

It works only in combat. Whereas the Self Highlight you’d enable by right-clicking your profile (or health bar), keeps your character highlighted, always.
The only workaround I’ve found for the time being is to install an addon called FindYourself.
