Hello,
My Character is locked for having billing issue, I checked my history and there is no indication of any pending or queued service. I dont know how to fix this. I tried to have another service on it just to see if that will work and when I choose the service it states that there is already a service pending… and the order history doesnt show it.
I opened a ticket and its been 3 days now. Please assist.
