Character stuck and what happened to support?

I was playing on Zhanizra 109 mage Stormreaver (EU) and I decided to jump off mount and use slowfall on myself and then blink into cave… I got dced and couldn’t log in again.

I tried the steps recommeneded like repairing, I tried the move character thingy but it just said something went wrong. So I decided to click on the last link, which was if the steps doesn’t work and I need to contact support, and all I got was getting sent back to which game I had a problem with and back to the same steps AGAIN.

How come this site was more helpful when it was less advanced?! Shouldn’t it be the opposite? I used to get options like “Phone, Email or direct contact”, but now it is like support is hiding from me or the site have just become less user friendly? I actually had to press on a whole different issue to even get the chance to write a TICKET, which can take up to 24 hours. This is kind of frustrating since I pay a monthly fee to play and it ends up as me paying for not being able to play apparently.

Just issue a ticket saying, your character is stuck, you can’t login. Provide details like you just did: Name and Realm.

Keep it simple, don’t be a knob and it should be sorted in no time.

Believe it or not, all online games glitch now and then, happens.

But when it comes to my problem they didn’t even give me the alternative to just write a ticket even… No ticket, no phone, no direct contact no nothing. That is the reason why I wrote about the site too since I want to know if I missed something, but also that it got me pissed off that it feels like impossible to contact support.

I don’t get it where you assume this is my first time having an issue since I did provide info that said this is not my first time here. Usually blizzard is easy to work with and all GMs I talked with have always been great, but I assume talking with a GM (direct contact) is removed these days?

As you cannot log that character back in and the self-service unstuck feature did not work, I would suggest using this option here:-

Its for connection issues, but it is the closest fit as you can’t log in, and it offers Live Chat at the moment.

I see they have a character move service, didn’t know as haven’t had the issue in a long time.
