I’m happy for you! I tried that now and i don’t get a direct disconnect anymore. My character seems to fall through the world, but after 1 second i get a disconnect again. Sadly he does’nt die - so releasing at a graveyard is not an option. Move-Service didn’t work once again. Terrible start in a new expansion.

Omg thank you so much!! I turned my graphics down to 1 and spammed my spacebar like crazy on the loading screen.
For anyone else trying this, you need to spam spacebar and get disconnected still a few times. But if you spam spacebar while logging in, it will move your character further out from below the ground each time! It takes a few times of trying!

As so many people are reporting the same thing, hopefully you’ve all reported it as a bug so it can be looked at by QA/Devs in the US. A GM may be able to move your character when they reach your ticket but they can’t fix bugs.

Thank you for the useful guide! I reported it as a bug in-game earlier, and thanks to a suggestion here my character is now moved, so I cancelled my ticket. Try stay away from the world quest in the meantime guys!
Same thing … cant login only my 2 chars that are doing that quest and got killed there :X
disable all addons
resolution to 1280x720
start pressing space as soon as i select to log in your char
it took about 20 times to get unstuck
this worked for me, gl to all

Same problem here, the unstuck service didnt work and neither does the jumping thing for me.

Same, and Im getting REAL annoyed when the self service does not work and it tells you that if it does not to make a ticket however, as you try to do that the system just place you back INTO THE SELF SERVICE.

Yea, same here. Tried submitting it as technical issue later but can’t press the submit button as it requires files.

Same here during world Quest PvP thing…killed and stuck in a rock, cant do anything just keeps DCing as soon as I login
had the same issue, did what the guys above me tried and turned every setting to 1, I kinda feel guilty for murdering the people to complete the world quest now
Finally managed to get it working after numerous attempts. As posted earlier I lowered settings to lowest, and when logging in spam the jump button. Eventually it worked. The CSR ticket system is utter poop and I understand wanting to minimize tickets but this will ONLY infuriate the people.
