Turning off addons and every setting to 1 will work, but it takes some time and attempts
This just happened to me, I can’t even use the unstuck help because the website doesn’t load.
This helpped for me

Doesn’t work for me, I dc before I even see my ghost. What’s even more tilting is that I can’t even get the support website to load.

Yes but can blizzard fix so that we can actually make tickets to get GM help? The service asks us to do this but there was no way to make a ticket (I got it working with the workaround). Reporting bugs is good for the future but to fix characters stuck in this way need a GM help. Or blizz should make a GM sit there waiting as it seems very wide spread!

Last thing I did was doing the quest: how to train a proto-drake and got killed by a player, since my character’s death I cannot log in again. It’s stuck in a constant disconnect loop and I connot play the game. I have tried all the above and been spamming spacebar for two hours, I can’t take this anymore.

Same here, same rock. Endless DC, I log in just to see me character fall through the world. Unstuck service doesn’t work.
Same for me, posting for visibility, two characters stuck.

I can´t even begin to explain how much hatred I have for the blizzard support staff at this moment, how the F#%@ can they not have fixed this issue yet?!
How can we as players be treated in such a way by their support that when we look for help to fix the issue using the blizzards own support “Contact us” NOT GET A WAY TO OPEN A TICKET TO BLIZZARD?!
Even if you try to open a ticket through purchase issues you will get to a “page not found”. Holy sh#t this is the worst single experience I have ever had with a game in my life.
If only we had an option when a character stuck doesn´t work, to just press “This did not work” to then open a ticket?! Shame on your blizzard.

This works, set overall settings to 1, log in a few times while spamming spacebar.
Problem is that you spawn with your feet close to the ground, but you spawn on a dragon so you actually spawn half-way through the world.
