Stop posting that as a solution please, the stuck character function is not working outright. No matter how long you wait you cannot select a character and it just opens an empty ticket and sends you back to the start of the horrendous player hating maze that is the contact support page.
It’s just salting the wounds to keep suggesting the same bugged thing thats been suggested multiple times in this thread and send people down that rabbit hole.

Yea i have tried everything, and unstuck didnt solve it, low settings neither. I’m honestly just considering playing an other game today, and hope it works tomorrow.
My chars is not stuck persay. it died in the proto drake quest, and now everytime I log on I instantly just disconnects
so i’m not alone with stuck problem…
btw “Stuck Character service” not working at all

Also stuck tired all above no addons settings and resolution low as possible. Trying to make a ticket on site is a nightmare. Finnaly after god knows about many tries it worked.
It finally worked, after atleast 200 disconnects, and depression, I think it might have something to do with the hunt (siege on the keep quest), that a lot of players lagged the zone out or something, I close everything on my PC, set graphics to beyond bad, and resolution to 720

Got it to work with the spacebar spam. Being forced to resort to shenanigans while the staff seems oblivious to massive bugs is beyond me and my monthly sub.
Its worked for me thanks PS: turn off all addons

How can Blizzard want 50 euros for the expansion and 13 euros for sub when i am stucked for 12 hours out of the game cause the unstuck service is not working and you are going into a loop?Jesus
