My character (the one i m posting with) is in ghost form but I cant log on to it because everytime I get disconnected. I can still log on other characters. Tried everything, didnt work.
Also, the self-unstuck tool doesnt work from support webpage.

I died while searching the world and when I did I got logged out and now I can’t log back into that character because I’m logged out the moment the loading screen ends.
I tried all the recommended steps:
Complete reset of the user interface
Game patch
Using the self-service sign unglued
Nothing seems to work and I really enjoyed myself and would love to go back
Same here man !! I cannot login at all and the character stuck feature does not work for me since it never loads I´ve tried everything u said aswell what in the world is going on please blizzard help me the character name is mundilfari on Ravencrest
Can’t even make a unstuck character selection as that’s not even working either. Day off today to play too and nothing is working. So fustrating

So, was doing a bit of world PvP, got ganked by a couple of hordies - now I can’t log in.
Can log in on any other character, but get immediately disconnected with error WOW51900319 each time I try to log in.
What is happening?

Yea, i have the same issue. i tried moving it to graveyard but it didn’t help
Same here, went on a alt to the same area and got killed on him aswell, same problem, now i have two characters i cant log on to.

My Gombado-ArgentDawn character is stuck (When I log in I immediatly log out, I think it’s because I logged out as a ghost) . I can normally log onto other characters; so I’m looking to do a character unstuck on Gombado-ArgentDawn, It’s my day off after all!
However the support site and service is friggin horrendous! It’s next to impossible just to submit a ticket - to me that indicates there’s no intention to actually support your playerbase- be better Blizzard!
Is there any way to actually get support on this bug?

Dont think so, i have the same problem currently. the option to submit the actual ticket is grayed out so i litterally cannot submit a ticket. I guess you’re just stuck with the rest of us, left to rot.

I have a guildy that’s not been able to play a character for THREE DAYS. What on earth are they doing, the expansion looks good but things like these just nullifies any goodwill that they might garner outright

yeah, hopefully they just hotfix it somehow. the more people that compain, the better.

You can try the character unstuck option, it’s the big blue bar at the bottom of this article
or you can try the tips others have shared:-
I’ve tried absolutely everything and when I want to log in to the character…disconect
Nothing works for me, I get an insta DC cant see anything anymore just reconnect benn trying for about 3 hours now
Awesome job guys merging my topic into this one, that’s dealing with a completely different set of circumstances.
No wonder support is so slow.
