i portaled to jade forest, and pressed some portal next to it, to gunship or something, and now my character is falling teleporting up and falling again for 12 hours, why is contacting blizzard support so hard???
i tried their character stuck thing, twice, didnt work, they said the character is moved and nothing happened…
this is bs, why cant i contact support, i need actual human not automated whatever that was, that doesnt work…
i disabled my addons, was logged out for 8 hours, was on another character so maybe stuck one logs out, nothing worked.
edit: tried to queue for arena, didnt work…still falling 
edit2: is there a way to kill my character while moving? chat command or something?

Have you tried queueing for a dungeon and asking a mage for a portal at the end?

Using the help feature - i`m stuck, should port you a graveyard or kill your character off…
Maybe try asking a warlock to teleport you out??.. <— If that still does not work…
My last resort is opening a web ticket as they are very quick to respont.
I think your best solution will be to get a warlock and 1-2 more people to summon you out of the falling loop

If you log out for 15min this normally resolves the issues and your character is moved to it’s last know postion. If this is not working you can log onto your BNet account and move your character yourself

Yeah sounds like you need a warlock. Weird the unstuck thing didn’t work.

So warlocks can summon stuck characters? An interesting utility to keep in mind when choosing a class.
queue for a dungeon as a tank for fast queue (timewalking even faster)
once you get ported to the dungeon use your hearthstone then leave the group
The classic World of Bugcraft. Where Blizzard take centuries answering tickets. Oh how things have gone bad.
Stuck tickets (using the link above) are usually dealt with quickly.

I’m almost tempted to try this on an alt. Like Homer Simpson told not to touch something so the first thing he does is touch it…
All my ideas have been suggested, the warlock (or friends at a summoning stone), queuing for a dungeon etc.
Do you have a goblin glider? perhaps that’ll let you fall more slowly to give you time to do something else, hearth etc…
I’m willing to try this on a Alt 
On a more serious note, is there anything I can do to help? I’m a mage but never experienced this before so idk
blizzard had this bug in plaguefall dungeon like 2 month ago…for a week hahaha
my character is free, btw without your link to the ticket i wouldnt be able to contact support (even after trying character unstuck feature twice), insane that they made so hard to contact support…
