Character stuck falling trough world can't be fixed with Stuck service

Hello, i was 1 level away form 70 on my pala untila a dungeon finder poped up, i pressed enter and got disconected.
Since then when i try to log i get insta DC, i’ve tried all problem sorting on forums, character stuck service didn’t work TWICE, i had to wait 7 hours to try again with no success (why does it have such a long cooldown anyway ?)
Created a ticket but i would like to sort this issue in 2023.

  1. Corrupted temporary game data can cause this issue. Resetting the UI can often resolve this
  2. Scanning and Repairing the WoW client can fix problems with the game client itself

Try these to make sure no corrupted data is making you disconnect. If nothing works open a ticket.

my character has been stuck under the ground for a week now, nothing i do helps either

I’m stuck like this for 2 days, and the character stuck service or any other tips don’t help. I need a GM to take me out right now. Blizzard? Why am I paying you?

By the way, how do you open a ticket? Because if I describe my problem and press “I still need help” it takes me to “Select your category menu” and that has no contact support button, just a bunch of useless links. What am I missing?

I’m also stuck like this. Happened to me when I joined the Plaguefall dungeon via group finder and my character spawned under the map and keeps falling until I get kicked out of the server (error WOW51900319).

I have tried stuck character service twice and made a ticket under ‘‘technical issues’’ because that was the only category that let me submit a ticket that I could find. I submitted the ticket with screenshots and other attachments they asked for in the form and today I got a bot-generated reply basically saying that they do not understand my issue and just gave links to the same support forums I’ve already read through.

I also tried resetting UI and scanning and repairing the game files. I feel like this issue is beyond my actions and I’m so done. I’m a relatively new player and this is not what I signed up for.

There should be an option below the service after trying it once.
