Ok disabling addons and spamming S+W+Space during load worked for me
Glad it’s fixed for you. Tried spamming them, tried holding them, I get like half a second of movement but then I still DC
Same issue here, and for a guild mate of mine as well. Both of us have the bug after we were killed by another player in Dragon Isles, both around the How to train your Proto Drake world quest.
Also tried all of the recommended character stuck tips, no luck. DC’s after about 1s after logging in.
Weird, it also happened to me and a bunch of other people on the forums while they were doing world quests.
My character got killed while questing, when I try to log back I get disconnected every time.
I have tried all the fixes that blizzard is providing but none of them is working.
Character unstuck status is being stuck at processing for about 3h.
It’s really inconvenient to wait for 3h already for this issue to get fixed when you have a limited time to play.
I need help with this issue…

I’m same, stuck dead underneath graveyard and keeps disconnecting. self service portal for stuck character is broken

same here, god awful… how can I not be able to write a damn ticket about it? I keep getting back to the damn character stuck service that doesn’t load and when I managed to get through it did nothing… GREAT BLIZZ

bump, same here 2 hrs now. It’s impossible to open a ticket, there is no support from Blizzard.
Same problem here. Got killed, spawn on graveyard and get instant dc loop. Try all blizz fixes, try to unstuck character but im on graveyard already sooo it dosent work ;x.

Thank you so much, this worked for me, Lowered Graphics slider to 1 (Lowest) and Render Scale to the Lowest then spam W and Space when the loading screens, been trying for 6 hours to get back in!
Same issue here, my character has been stuck for 3 hours now. I disconnected upon hitting the ground while flying on my dragon. As I log back in I’m falling through the ground and I am now stuck in a disconnect loop.
The WASD/space thing doesn’t work (obviously, I am falling, and not stuck in the ground like with the Graveyard bug mentioned above), and YOUR STUPID GOD DAMN WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY BROKEN.
I cannot use the unstuck service, and I cannot even make a GOD DAMN TICKET because Activision has utterly crippled the support staff and I cannot for the life of me write a ticket because the automated support system is the most asinine thing ever. I am now going to waste the time of your payments staff (the only people who you can ticket because I guess you CAN talk to a human when it involves my money, right Kotick?)
PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, HOLY CRAP, I FEEL SO BAD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN STUCK LIKE THIS FOR NEARLY A DAY NOW. MY SYMPATHIES TO ALL OF YOU.

Cool i get error on troubleshooting now im sitting and reinstalling whole wow blizzard plz FIX problems insted of realising Diablo immortal loot boxes i was here with you sense 2008 i WOW now its make me sad o see what you are doing with your games and your customer support and by the way

exactly the same issue as Ahegaosa mentioned, i literally cant do anything, no ticket, no stuck-service.
Ok, I had a separate thread for this, but it looks like I was able to solve the problem.
My character was dead and falling below the textures in Ohn’ahran Plains. I also got immediately disconnected upon logging in.
I set the setting and screen resolution to bare minimum as well as tried to rotate the camera upwards upon logging in. It took me approximately 30-35 tries to be eventually teleported to the nearest graveyard.

Im stucked for 3 days and jumped all starting ramp. I hope for a payback.
