Iâm not the only one whoâs character died at that stupid WQ with proto drakes and cannot login again.
This thread and many others wouldnt be an issue if you could just tend to the issue with the character unstuck option and not make people try to contact support just to be led around in circles like sheeps.
Live chat? Hello? Where are you? Oh yeah replaced by a murloc.

I fell through the world while flying and now I keep falling endlessly without a mount. I think this âfixâ will not do anything for me. Tried about 70 times, nothing changes⊠See the exact same thing every login attempt.
Every time I login on my character I get disconnected.
I have tried disabling all addons and deleting cache but to no avail.
This is absurd, I have never had problems with WoW client before.

It worked! Keep jumping and press W while on loading screen!
does work for me, all addons are off my graphic is set to 0 with 400x300 scale, I cant get a single frame in game, but even if I did I think it wont rly work since I am dead under a rock

As mentioned in this thread, we are aware of this issue this morning, and this is being investigated as we speak.
You can try to use the self-service to unstuck your character, however it may run into some issues for now with all the requests being done today. If thatâs the case, please do open a ticket, and we will respond as soon as possible. 
Sorry for the inconvenience, weâre hoping to solve this ASAP.
P.S: Please do not spam the forums with your own thread, it wonât do much but give a lot less visibility to players who are having other issues, that they also need help with.

How do you open a webticket cause opening a ticket doesnât work either. Getting battle.net is busy errors
I was zooming around with my dragon, didnât see the mountain (honestly, this happens, donât judge me. As if youâve never been surprised by a mountain before??) and crashed into it so hard that I ended up inside the mountain (also a pretty normal thing). Instantly disconnected and now I canât log into the game anymore. See video below. It just disconnects me instantly.
it looks like in order to Westfall myself I need to be logged in with the character. Could you kindly send me to Westfall?
Edit: Logging in over and over and over eventually resolved the problem. Iâm now next to the mountain.
Im in the same position, just getting insta logged out, tried a scan repair, logged another toon, nothing is working

I just spammed the login because a guildie in discord told me that it fixed that for him eventually. I did the same, just logged in over and over, nothing else. At some point it glitched back out.
Thereâs a character unstuck service on the website, without having to log in, but it doesnât work for me. Clicking proceed goes back to the starting page. Maybe works for you: https://eu.battle.net/support/de/help/product/wow/586/834/solution

Iâm having the same issue at this moment. My story is that i was flying with my dragon and i tried to pull a mob while i dismount. Suddenly i die from falling damage and Iâm now trying to log in so many times until my character can get unstucked by itself (hopefully). The story of Kyrel was really funny by the way.
Apparently, according to someone else on Discord, putting your settings to 1 and spamming the space bar while logging in will also glitch you out of the terrain. Canât verify
