I logged out my character in my Garrison and when I tried to log on the next day she was falling through the ground, instantly disconnecting me. Said character is now put in a loop whenever I try to log on.
The Character Stuck service only gives me the “Oops something went wrong” message. My tickets get marked as resolved instantly whenever I submit one. This has been going on for two days at this point. I have tried using the service both through in-game and on the website with absolutely no luck. I have repaired and scanned my gamefiles aswell with absolutely no change in the situation, disabling addons has done nothing either.

Currently I have the same issue since yesterday with my main, although it happened to me when I fell of the world. Tried all the steps as well and found no logical place to open a ticket for a stuck character. Did a bug report, opened a random ‘stuck on quest’ ticket to get in contact with someone at least.

I tried to find the link to this myself on the support site without luck, it seems to be a maze keeping you going in circles. Hope they will improve on that. Good luck, hope this helps!

Thanks. Never managed to find myself a similar form like the link you sent. Hopefull it will result in some actual GM contact.
