Character stuck in Thunder Totem

This is my first horde alt in a long time, and I’m trying to do the quest for the Highmountain Tauren allied race. Last night, I got to Thunder Totem, only to disconnect on the elevator. Now I can’t get back in, as I either get stuck on the loading screen or disconnect immediately.

Can I get this character moved so I can log in properly?
