Hello.
I did LFR on my mage and after leaving the instance I fell through the world. Eveyr time I log in now I fall and then get disconnected after a second.
I’ve tried using the Character Stuck Self Service both in-game and through the support website but it doesn’t work at all. I just get a message that “Something went wrong on our end”. I have tried several different browsers and probably 10+ times and it never works.
Edit: was able to somehow create a suppor ticket and a GM solved it for me. But the self service is still broken.

Glad to hear you were able to get the help you needed in a ticket.
We’ve seen more reports of the self-service not working in some cases, and are investigating. Thanks for the report and apologies for the extra wait!
I have the same issue. How do you contact GMs?
My character Midlara (Doomhammer) fell through the world. I get disconnected on login, so I tried the stuck character service. I got an error code: 56bce772-11d0-4fba-8151-b2ef7b646823. I tried to make a ticket, but that redirects to the stuck character service.
This is the only way I can think of, to reach service. Help. I’m stuck.

The self service still does not work at all
It loads for a long time then I get the error message:
Something went wrong on our end
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.

So the self service DOES NOT WORK and has been broken for MONTHS and on top of this it is no longer possible to create a support ticket for this.

I don’t know why we need this special link and can’t make a ticket normally or why the self service has been BROKEN FOR MONTHS WIHTOUT A FIX and no response.
If you don’t want to have any support tickets then fix your automated tools, Blizzard. This is unacceptable.
