Ok, but you’d be better reporting it to Blizzard.
Bugs are reported in-game, not on the forums.
From the support menu in game click on “Send Feedback or Report a Bug”, then follow the instructions.

Looks like regular tickets don’t work either. Since the unstuck service isn’t working, I tried to send manual ticket… but it doesn’t send either, stuck in “sending”.
Microsoft has removed the whole customer service function from the game?
Character stuck falling through world and disconnecting in WoW Retail.
Attempted logging out and back in - unresolved.
Attempted signing out of Battlenet and leaving for more than 15 minutes - unresolved.
Attempted self service character stuck option - despite leaving for hours, no feedback or support.
Unable to reload ui when attempting to log in to the character before disconnect happens.
Unable to press after character log in before disconnect error: ESC>Support>Character Stuck
Have attempted scan and repair.
Other characters work fine.

exactly the same here, been stuck for 18 hours ticket open for 20 mins, Self Service system seem broken link never loads…

Trying to access the service from other browser with no plugins and clean cookies doesn’t work either

Unstuck doesnt work since Friday. Maybe we will have some luck tomorrow.
I sent a ticket shortly after my last post and just a few hours later, at 20:00 UTC, a GM manually moved my character. Shoutout to GM Thrynaine, maybe the only real GM still in CS? This is the first time in months a GM has manually solved any in-game issue for me.
If anyone wants to try, I sent the ticket under the “Connection problem” category and mentioned that the self service wasn’t working.
Hi i got stuck falling through world after cutscene on the old wod quest in frostfire ridge. When my char loads it starts falling through the texture and then disconects. When im load him he disconects immidiately in like 1 sec everytime now.
I try to use the stuck character service from web page and im stuck on processing request. How long it can take ??

I have the same issue in classic through a lag a fall through SW now my Warlock is stuck in a Limbo of falling and insta disconnecting and the pages arent working. A bit frustrating tbh when u paying a good amount of money and cant even contact a GM

Also i cannot open ticket its so messed up…
Try a different browser if the stuck service isn’t working on yours. If you can’t get it to work on your network try a different one (like your mobile phone network for example).
I mean yeah i can understand that are human too, but how is this possible that the side isnt working AND u cant write any GM for this

I wrote my problem to support window and somehow it gave me the option for sending a ticket how exactly i did this idk. I did the same thing like before. Try it again too and write that problem more specific
