Good evening,
I was just preparing for dragonflight, leveling up my characters as i accidentaly blinked under the map (the same old bug). Now each time i try to log in to my character i keep instantly disconnecting (yes ive disabled all addons etc.) so i tried opening a ticket.
Without ANY succes, as i only get an automatic reply stating that my character unstuck ‘failed’. Now back in the day i remember a time where one could just open a ticket and get help within mere hours.
Im very disatisfied to see the direction customer support went to and honestly heard alot of people saying the exact same thing.
Games great until you actually need help.
As a game that charges monthly fees i feel like this should and COULD be alot better.
