Character stuck under the terrain, no support options work

Hello,

I am aware that “the Customer Service Forum is not an alternative to the Live Chat, Callback, or Ticket queues”, but it appears I don’t have the choice, as it seems none of the above work or exist anymore. TLDR : please get my character unstuck.

My character (Morighorn, Earthen Paladin 80, Horde, Argent Dawn EU), has been stuck under the terrain since yesterday.

I was getting from Dornogal to the Ringing Deeps, got a loading screen between the two zones about halfway through the tunnel, but my mount didn’t stop and continued flying under the map. I get instantly disconnected every single time I try to log on.

I have followed the support guidelines and did everything it asked to no avail:
-tried the stuck character self service: the window never opens and keeps getting me error messages (both ingame on another character and on the website)
-I haven’t try to connect on the character for hours
-reset my interface
-uninstalled my addons and addon manager
-proceeded with a check and repair of my install
-as it still didn’t work, I retried the self service for stuck characters, which keeps giving me error messages after minute-long loadings
-I opened a ticket explaining the situation and linked the error codes I got yesterday, only to log in today and see that my ticket was shortly after marked as resolved (it definitely isn’t) as it was auto redirected as a connexion issue and asking me to reboot my computer and see if my internet was working and stuff. I was asked to review the “help” I received, followed by no options to ask for more help as the issue wasn’t resolved, and the ticked was closed.

Can I get a sign of life from a human being and just get my character teleported in an inn or anything at all, please?

I’m sorry to hear you were having problems getting your character back in action using the unstuck service, and thank you for the detailed description you included about things you tried already.

That said, the most common reason for the self-service not working would be browser issues, and you’ll want to try clearing out cookies/cache or use a different browser altogether (with no addons/extensions).

Failing that you can always submit a ticket (or indeed follow up in an existing one if needed!)

Clearing out cookies/cache or using a different browser with no addons or extensions doesn’t seem to resolve the problem. Without cookies/cache I get the same issue that I am getting in loop since yesterday (" Something went wrong on our end
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.
Error code:4a93904f-6a19-4aaa-868d-4239875fc3d0", but the error code changes everytime) ; and on a different browser, the page has been stuck on “One moment, please. The page is loading.” for more than 15 minutes.

I don’t believe the issue would come from the browser itself, as trying it ingame leads to the same result.

How may I submit a ticket to get assistance please? The last one I sent got redirected as a connexion issue and marked as solved with no changes to my situation.
