Character stuck without hearthstone

Hello,
My character is stuck in a Legion instance without the hearthstone ( i use a toy attuned to the hs to teleport home, for inventory space saving)
I have tried everything written on the support topic about this ( stuck character service, UI reset, opening tickets)
I don’t know what else to do about this, i have opened like 15 tickets, but no one from tech support has done anything about it
My problem is that the subscription has expired and if I pay it I’ll be wasting a month and nothing will happen

Has anyone else struggle with this kind of problem before?

When you say you have opened 15 tickets, why don’t you use the website to reply to them if your subscription has expired.

Are they 15 new tickets, or is it a ‘ping pong’ back and forth ? If the former, I would suggest this is why it hasn’t been resolved. Typically the first 1-2 replies are more or less automated ticket responses and you need to push back.

The problem with the tickets is that most of them are from the “stuck character service” where I tried to move it but an error message saying: “oops, an error has occurred. try again later” pops up after i click move and after that is says that the ticket is resolved and take a survey about your gm encounter :)))) The rest are from me trying to explain to a computer my problem :))

When you receive a ‘resolved’ ticket, you should see, near the end, something to say that your problem has not been resolved which basically pings the ticket back to Blizzard having given you the opportunity to give more detail.

If you can’t follow up any tickets I’d do the following:

Raise a new ticket using the website and give chapter and verse about what you’ve tried and how your character is stuck and you can’t move it using the ‘unstuck service’. Do not go into great detail about how your subscription has lapsed or similar - you don’t want to muddy the waters.

It’s likely to be an automated reply but say it’s unsolved and respond.
